Jim, re our chat last night, 1) the return fare to Churchill for seniors (over 60) is $cdn 248 from Winnipeg and $cdn 150 from The Pas, which is the closest stop to Flin Flon. This is for coach accommodation only. There is a sleeping car but usually bookings have to be significantly in advance for this and, of course, the cost would be greater. The trip involves 1 night from The Pas and 2 nights from Winnipeg. There is also a restaurant car on this train. Flin Flon Travel would be happy to give you any more information.  

2) The Canadian motor club in Prince Albert might be a good source for maps if you cannot get them through AAA. The service is free to members but I don't think non-member charges are very high. Their phone # is (306)764- 6818. I do not have an email address for them.
