I USE MY ICOM 706 NOW. I AM WAITING FOR UQZ TO GET A KENWOOD TS 2000 AND FIELD TEST IT. IF HE GIVES IT A GREEN LIGHT, THEN I WILL BE ON THE IRLP EVERY EVENING FROM MY HOME.

IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THE IRLP YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. I HOPE TO HEAR YOU SOON.

My name is Mike Levy, and I have been licensed since August 31, 1993. I was born in MA in May, 1974, and have lived in California since January 1977. I upgraded to Tech Plus in February 1999, and am currently studying to upgrade to General.

I am an avid Scanner Listener. I have 5 scanners and monitor the Inland Empire area of Southern California. (The Inland Empire is composed of western Riverside County and southwestern San Bernardino County). I am a member of the City of Hemet RACES, San Diego NWS Skywarn, and am a former member of Moreno Valley REACT.
