The GMNT’s 92.6% AFUE rating means $0.926 of every $1.00 of heating energy expense warms your home.At 92.6% AFUE, your GMNT High Efficiency Furnace meets the higher standard of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Energys (DOE) Energy Star® Program initiative. The Federal Trade Commission established the Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) system to calculate the annual operating cost of home gas furnaces.

Designed With Your Comfort In Mind

The heart of any furnace is the heat exchanger. Our patented aluminized steel tubular primary and stainless steel secondary heat exchangers are corrosion resistant and practically eliminate the potential for leaks.  We also back both heat exchangers with a limited lifetime warranty.

The unit has an energy saving Hot Service Ignition system. The GMNT furnace also has integrated controls with diagnostics, plus combination redundant gas valve and regulator for further reliability.

Quiet operation is another Goodman design requirement.Your Goodman 92.6% High Efficiency Furnace uses an induced draft blower motor to reduce the noise levels common in other furnaces. This motor features a silicon mounting system to isolate vibration and electrical noise. Thanks to special ball bearing technology that reduces bearing temperatures, a second motor cooling fan and its associated noise has also been eliminated. The result is quiet comfort.
