LOTS OF WAYS TO COOK IT. I LIKE TO TAKE 2 PRECOOKED ITALIAN SAUSAGES AND SLICE 4 SLITS LENGTH WAYS JUST 1/4 INCH DEEP. TAKE THE SAUSAGE AND SLIT A HOLE IN EACH SIDE OF THE  BREAST AND SHOVE 1 IN. THIS ADDS FLAVOR AND MOISTURE. I COOK IN THE SHOW TIME. I DID A REVIEW ON THIS WITH A CHICKEN. READ REVIEW HERE: WWW.2MORE.INFO
