THE CONTAINER I LIKE FOR PREPARING MY FAVORITE MARINATED MEATS, VEGETABLES, ETC. IS GLADWARE. I HAVE FOUND GLADWARE Features a tight seal to lock THE COVER ON TO BE JUST PERFECT TO PUT MY FAVORITE FOOD TO BE MARINATED IN. I JUST TURN THE CONTAINER 180 DEGREES OVER ON IT'S TOP AND LET THE MARINADE FLOW OVER CONTENTS. TURN THE CONTAINER 180 DEGREES OVER OFTEN. KEEP REFRIGERATED UNTIL ABOUT 1 HOUR BEFORE COOKING. TO BRING UP THEM TO ROOM TEMPERATURE  LEAVE COVERED UNTIL JUST BEFORE COOKING.

THIS IS JUST 3/8 TO 1/4 INCH ROUND STEAK THAT WAS TENDERIZER AT THE FOOD STORE.

THE MARINADE ACTS NOT ONLY AS A FLAVOR ENHANCER BUT ALSO ACTS AS A NATURAL TENDERIZER. I MARINATED THIS 20 HOURS.

I USED BIG FRED'S ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING FOR THIS MARINADE.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COVER THE MEAT COMPLETELY WITH MARINADE, AS YOU CAN TURN THE GLADWARE CONTAINER OVER AND THE MARINADE THEN COATS ALL THE MEAT SURFACE.

I COOKED RICE AND IMMEDIATELY PLACE IT IN A SHALLOW BROILING PAN.  PLACE THE MEAT ON TOP AND COOKED IT UNDER THE BROILER FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
MICROWAVE THE MARINADE.  BIG FRED'S ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING MAKES A GREAT  JUICE. MICROWAVE UNTIL ITS VERY HOT, JUST ABOUT TO BOILING, BUT NOT BOILING.  A COUPLE OF TABLE SPOONS OF THE HOT MARINADE ON EACH SERVING AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR DINNER GUEST RAVING WITH COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF.
