STUFF THE POCKET WITH SHRIMP AND CREAM CHEESE. SEW IT UP WITH TOOTHPICKS PUSHED IN AT A ANGLE, SO AS TO HOLD IT CLOSED DURING COOKING.

SEASON AGAIN WITH McCormick GRILL MATES, MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING, ABOUT 2 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING THEM FOR SERVING.
