TOP WITH MOZZARELLA SHREDDED CHEESE, AND MANCINI ROASTED RED PEPPERS, ADD YOUR FAVORITE MEAT STICK. START AT THE EDGE AND ROLL THE MEAT STICK INTO A WRAP, PUT TOOTHPICKS INTO SECURE IT AND MICROWAVE TILL THE CHEESE STARTS TO RUN OUT THE ENDS.
AVERAGE COOKING TIME IS ABOUT A MINUTE DEPENDING ON THE WATTAGE OF YOUR MICROWAVE.  TAKE OUT OF MICROWAVE AS SOON AS CHEESE STARS TO RUN OUT THE ENDS. LET STAND ABOUT 1 MINUTE TO FIRM UP CHEESE AND ENJOY.
THE MEAT STICK HAS SO MUCH FLAVOR THAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO ADD SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO, OR FENNELL SEEDS.
