THE PANCAKE EXPRESS IS A 2 PIECE HINGED
ALUMINUM PAN WITH A NONE STICK SURFACE ON THE INSIDE COOKING AREA FOR
EASY CLEANUP. AND COOL TO THE TOUCH HANDLES. IT IS SUPPLIED WITH A
BATTER DISPENSER AND A HEART SHAPED PANCAKE MOLD. JUST PREHEAT THE
PANCAKE EXPRESS AND SPRAY THE COOKING SURFACE OF THE PAN, ADD
BATTER WAIT FOR
THE BATTER TO BUBBLE. WHEN THE BATTER HAS BUBBLES BREAKING OVER THE
ENTIRE SURFACE AREA OF THE PANCAKE IT IS READY TO FLIP. SPRAY THE TOP
COOKING SURFACE LIGHTLY AND QUICKLY FLIP IT 180 DEGREES AND COOK 1 TO 2
MINUTES OR UNTIL YOU CAN INSERT A TOOTHPICK INTO THE PANCAKE AND THE
BATTER DOES NOT STICK. |

IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. MIX THE BATTER AS PRESCRIBED BY THE
PANCAKE MIX DIRECTION ON THE BOX AND THEN I LIKE TO ADD RAISONS. TO
ENHANCE THE FLAVOR I TAKE THE WATER THAT THE RECIPE SUGGESTS AND ADD THE
RAISONS TO IT AND MICROWAVE IT TILL IT BOILS AND LET SET 2 MINUTES THEN
I ADD THE MIX INGREDIENTS.WITH THE PANCAKE EXPRESS THE PANCAKES ALWAYS COME OUT ABOUT THE SAME SIZE. TOP WITH YOUR FAVORITE SYRUP AND YOU HAVE JUST ENJOYED ANOTHER OF MY QUICK TO FIX FOOD RECIPES. |
