| 3/13/2003 THE POTATOES ARE COOKED ON TOP OF THE SHOWTIME IN THE TRAYS THAT SHIPPED WITH THE UNIT. I FIX NEW POTATOES, THE 2" ROUND USUALLY RED SKINS. CUT INTO 1/4'S, SPRAY WITH OLIVE OIL, SEASON. I LIKE COOKIES FLAVOR ENHANCER. CHIP DAVIS IS GOOD, I LIKE TO ADD A LITTLE ROSEMARY ALSO. POTATOES TAKE A LONG TIME TO COOK IF YOU LIVE ABOVE 5000 FEET. PUT THEM ON IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE JUST COOKING A FEW HAMBURGERS, BECAUSE THEY COOK SO FAST, MICROWAVE THE POTATOES A FEW MINUTES FIRST. THEN SQUARE THEM UP. WHEN YOU COOK 2 CHICKENS, THE POTATOES COME OUT GREAT. PUT THEM CUT SIDE DOWN AND THEY EVEN BROWN A LITTLE. THE NEXT TIME I FIX SOME I WILL TRY TO ADD A PHOTO OF THEM TO THIS PAGE.
