Our knives are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product(s).  To obtain a replacement, return your damaged knife/knives postage paid to Quikut, 118 East Douglas (or Post Office Box 29), Walnut Ridge, AR   72476 along with a check for $2 per knife (U.S.) or $3 per knife (Canada). Your warranty papers may indicate an old  Fremont, OH or Germantown, TN address which you should not use.  Mail is no longer forwarded from those locations.

Consumer Alert:

There is a glut of unauthorized Ginsu knives being marketed on many of the internet auction sites.  If you see knives represented as Ginsu at prices too good to be true, that's just what it is...too good to be true.  These knives advertise a lifetime guarantee but provide no contact information on the packaging.  If you buy these knives you will be searching for a way to return them in no time because the ones returned to us in error have fallen apart, bent or rusted the first time they were used!

  American Angler warranty information
Our standard electric fillet knives have a one-year warranty.  The American Angler Ultra has a two-year warranty.  All other American Angler products will have the warranty information on the packaging.

Dear Mr. Baudo,

 

    I am writing to inquire on a set of Ginsu 2000 knives that we bought from a television infomercial a number of years ago.  From reading the information of your site, these maybe illegal or fake.

 

    The ones we have have "Ginsu 2000" stamped into each and every knife, and we have been very happy with them. They are still very sharp and had no clue that they maybe fake.

 

    Maybe you can help me.  My wife was cutting cheese from a 2lb block and the knife broke from the handle.  I wanted to know how to tell if mine were fake, and if they are not how god is the warranty.

 

    I would like to get a replacement knife, but since we have had these knives for many years, have no clue where to inquire on the warranty.  I was hoping your knowledge of Ginsu products would be helpful to me.
