| For any other Mac users with the
TH-F6A, here is a connection that amazed me when it worked. I have the PG-4P plugged into a 25-pin to 9-pin adapter that is plugged into a USB-to-serial adapter. I plugged this into my PowerBook G4 running Win2k under Virtual PC 5 under OS X. The Kenwood software runs and talks to the PG-4P on COM3. Pretty durn cool! Harry Mahoney KD7PRP |

| 1/1/2003 I HAVE BEEN GETTING 4 TO 5 EMAILS EACH WEEK ON THE KENWOOD 2000 AND TH F6, SAYING THE KENWOOD WEBSITE DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE WILL NO UNZIP OR IF IT DOES WILL NO WORK WITH MICROSOFT XP OPERATING SYSTEM. JUST EMAIL ME AND I WILL SENT YOU THE FILE AFTER IT HAS BEEN UNZIPPED AND IT WILL WORK FINE. IT EVEN WORKS FROM A FLOPPY DRIVE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT WITH YOU AND PROGRAM IT FROM OTHER COMPUTERS FROM WERE EVER YOU ARE. N0UQZ@YAHOO.COM | ||||||||||||
