Engine Oil Analysis

CTC has been supplying quality fluid testing services to over the road fleets for over 40 years. Whether the lubricant is a mineral oil base or synthetic, CTC has a testing program to fit your needs. We provide our customers with a test report that provides valuable information on the corrosion, contaminant and physical properties of their lubricant. CTC also provides specific recommendations on maintenance actions required based on the overall sample condition. We derive these recommendations from a vast database of information garnered from over 40 years of analytical experience in lubricant analysis. CTC also maintains constant contact with all of the major original equipment suppliers and major oil companies for their latest specifications. (when available). CTC's primary test packages for used diesel oil samples are the Basic Preventative Maintenance and Extended Drain packages.

Oil analysis from CTC provides the fleet maintenance professional with an invaluable tool for their predictive/preventative maintenance programs. A well-managed CTC fleet oil analysis program can not only decrease overall maintenance costs, but extend equipment life, decrease downtime and improve equipment trade in value. Typical engine oil samples are completed by our labs within 24-48 hours of sample receipt.
